THE MOTHERS UNION is an international Anglican organisation which has, for well over a century, supported and promoted family life. In modern times the MU initiates and supports projects at home and abroad. A particular focus of it's care is children. We have an active branch at Holy Name which meets monthly. Don't let the name fool you-for a number of years men have been able to join! The Holy Name branch meets every month.
THE MISSION TO SEAFARERS serves the needs of of all kinds of seafarers around the world. It offers both practical and spiritual care. It also assists the families of seafarers and helps them to keep in touch. The mission is involved in welfare work in an industry which, even today, is noted for poor working conditions. We hold regular fundraising events to support their work.

THE LEPROSY MISSION Leprosy is a debilitating disease which still exists today. It is easily treatable if the funds are there. TLM promotes and funds treatment and research and promotes awareness of the disease. We support this work with prayer and fundraising.
